Key Accountabilities
Specific to this level
• Typically achieves sales credits of more than 650K per year
• Maintains and expands long term, senior relationships for the purpose of generating significant value renewal and yield/cross-sell business.
• High levels of coordination and influence of multiple internal stakeholders to drive the account and related projects
• Liaises closely with regional/local account managers and develops relevant networks of senior stakeholders
• Prepares complex proposals and solutions leading our response to significant tenders and pitches
• Able to engage with client's technical buyers and debate the merits of KF's products.
• Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions
• Has significant experience within one or more industries and can speak knowledgably to how KF broader solutions support business issues
• Will be very well networked across KF and able to persuade and encourage Consultants to adopt GPS solutions

• Responds in an appropriate and timely way to client needs
• Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers
• Tracks and updates client information and opportunities in customer relationship management systems
• Engage with manager regularly to discuss pre-sale activity levels, new results, future meetings, pipeline, approaches to be successful, and technical/account management support needed to assist in sale
• Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts
• Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity
• Provides accurate pipelines and forecasts
• Complies with contracting and account administration processes to ensure that contractual, legal and invoicing requirements are met and high levels of efficiency maintained.

• Will typically have 6-10 years experience in account management including large strategic account management.
• Significant experience in consultative selling and pre/post sales activities within professional services
• Deep expertise in at least one KF area, as well as understanding of broader KF offerings
• Demonstrates strong learning orientation and intellectual curiosity
• Will regularly present at forums and write about a specialist area
• Seeks and acts on feedback, without defensiveness
• Coaches, mentors and develops junior staff and others
• Looks for ways to help their teams be successful
• Serves as a technical resource to others within area of expertise
• Known for producing high quality, timely work that meets or exceeds client expectations
• Competent in multiple solution areas, and may have expertise beyond one solution area
• Leads largest projects with success
• Provide substantial inputs which contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of major global processes, protocols and standards
