Responsible for developing, overseeing and executing sales strategies by generating new business leads from Enterprise customers and maintaining a strong relationship with key client accounts. Oversee client relationship and account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise return on investment.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Formulate, plan and execute sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies in line with the commercial and strategic objectives of the Company
Accountable for creating turn-around solutions to ensure that sales plans are met by ensuring that sales policies and procedures are implemented and followed
Plan, develop and implement tactical promotions and integrated programs for the targeted customer segments in order to market the portfolio of products/solutions, thereby maximising the customer reach of the Company
Display an understanding of the prospective client industry, business environment and strategy, build relationships in order to identify current and prospective business opportunities for the Company
Manage & negotiate with vendors on product, pricing, marketing activities, technical support and sales rebates etc. in order to maximise the benefit/returns for the Company. Research, identify and develop partnerships with new vendors in order to enhance and grow the product portfolio of the Company
Manage product life cycles, pre-sales architecting capability for large orders and any operational issues
Drive passionately for client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process by taking ownership of the co-ordination of the commercial agreement for each client
Coordinate with the Head of Sales, Business Unit Managers, pre and post sales team and Project Managers to support marketing of their products and coordination with suppliers
A Bachelor degree in Information/Communications Technology or a related discipline. A Master degree would be an added advantage
Must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role/industry with a proven track record of success
Prior experience in a techno-commercial role would be an added advantage
Must possess broad knowledge of ICT Solutions and the UAE Market
Must have prior sales experience in Infrastructure, Systems, Storage, Networking and IT Security solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving & presentation skills
The ability to communicate in Arabic (written/verbal) would be an added advantage
