Because it's with Hilton where we never forget the reason we're here: to delight our guests, Team Members, and owners alike.What will I be doing?Business Partner to the VP F&B & the Operations F&B team for all Projects which require financial input and understandingPartner with the VP F&B and Operations Finance to ensure that budgets and forecasts are robust and challenge the Hotels' performance and ensure corporate budgets and forecasts are robust and accurate.Use variance analysis provided by Operations Finance team to explain commercial reason for variances and develop & implement action plans to improve negative variances alongside F&B teams. Lead monthly meetings with F&B teams to discuss regional performance.Lead development of commercial finance analysis (value chain analysis, financial modelling, opportunity assessment, return on investment (ROI) analysis , cash flow analysis and other financial tools) to develop recommendations to business leads and strategy assessments to support decision making accessing economic and commercial viability (eg outsourcing, new hotel feasibility studies)Assist and advise F&B team heads in the interpretation and analysis of financial data, recommending courses of action to maximize hotel F&B profitabilityInternal asset manager' to drive performance and maximise profitability of all EMEA Managed Hotels F&B OperationsPartner with Central Corporate Functions to identify areas of opportunity to increase revenues or reduce costs across the estate.Support ad hoc commercial initiatives & Finance projects (e.g. acquisitions, outsourcing, etc).Demonstrate commercial understanding of Lease Agreements and Management Agreements and related fee implications of all F&B activitiesProvide financial oversight of capital expenditure projects as necessary.Support and foster an environment receptive of change in response to corporate initiatives and special projects.Ensure hotels are in compliance with Corporate Policies and governmental rules and regulations.
