Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Commissioning Manager/Engineer. The Senior Commissioning Manager/Engineer will be responsible for leading and executing all aspects of Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing activities for HVAC systems. This includes preparing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, contractors and consultants. Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise TAB activities for HVAC systems. Prepare method statements, specification compliance, test sheets and commissioning documentation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to coordinate site activities. Analyze system performance data and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements Proven experience in Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing within the MEP or commissioning sector. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and instrumentation. Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills. Preferred Qualification: CSA Grade 4/ NEBB TAB CT.
