Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Design Leadership
• Lead the development of conceptual design ideas for high-profile projects across multiple sectors.
• Translate client briefs into visionary design proposals that balance creativity, functionality, and feasibility.
• Produce hand sketches, diagrams, 3D models, and presentations that communicate design intent clearly and persuasively.
• Ensure concept designs reflect cultural sensitivity, contextual awareness, and environmental responsibility.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine design concepts into strong project narratives.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Present conceptual design proposals to clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Respond to feedback constructively and adapt concepts to align with client aspirations and project goals.
• Support business development by contributing to competition entries and design pitches.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Inspire, mentor, and guide junior and mid-level designers through the concept design process.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure design intent is carried forward into subsequent stages.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative studio culture where creativity thrives.

Quality & Delivery

• Ensure that concept work adheres to the highest standards of design quality and aligns with the practice s design philosophy.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within agreed parameters.
• Contribute to the refinement of internal design processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across concept work.
