Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To prepare accurate and competitive construction cost estimates for EPC tenders and projects, including quantity take-offs, manpower and equipment estimates, subcontractor evaluation, construction methodology assessment, and risk identification, ensuring technically compliant and commercially competitive tender submissions aligned with project requirements and execution strategy.

  • Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for EPC tenders and projects.

  • Review Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, and contractual requirements.

  • Develop manpower, equipment, and construction resource estimates based on project scope and execution methodology.

  • Prepare and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs based on engineering deliverables and tender requirements.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through improved construction methodology, resource optimization, and value engineering initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of EPC construction activities and execution methodology.

  • Experience in construction estimating for Oil & Gas projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum 8–12 years EPC experience in Oil & Gas projects.

  • Proven experience in construction estimation and tendering.

  • Strong understanding of construction execution methodology.

  • Experience supporting EPC tenders and multidisciplinary coordination.

  • Experience with ADNOC or major Oil & Gas operator projects is an advantage
