Senior Consultant - Growth & Innovation

Our Senior Consultant will support and manage delivery of our project engagement, service delivery, and defined projects in Growth & Innovation as part of the Middle East team. They will be responsible for specific areas of focus and monitoring progress and successful delivery against agreed outcomes. The activities and projects are wide-ranging providing the Senior Consultant an opportunity to utilize a variety of skill sets to focus on specific areas of activity and grow the role to suit their own experiences and interests.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Support and manage delivery of assigned innovation projects
• Documenting full needs description and solution requirements
• Active technology scouting and solution identification and validation
• Project due diligence research and documentation
• Communicate and facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders
• Carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required

As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:

• Innovation strategy definition & implementation
• Capabilities building projects using the latest methodologies on innovation, design thinking, innovation management, etc.
• Project management: management of business projects with both internal stakeholders and third parties.
