Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of container assets, from procurement to disposal, optimizing their utilization and minimizing downtime.
  • Develop and implement container leasing strategies, negotiating favorable terms and conditions with lessees to maximize profitability.
  • Manage container fleet performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of container assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as IICL (Institute of International Container Lessors) or similar container inspection certifications.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of experience in container leasing or asset management within the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of container types, specifications, and industry regulations (e.g., CSC, ISO).
