Roles & Responsibilities

OverviewMain focus would be gathering and analyzing data generated from various sources organic social, paid media, and business KPIs to name a few to draw out actionable insights. He/She will communicate these insights to internal and external stakeholders and work with the team to drive strategic recommendations and optimizations of brand campaigns and always-on social content.The candidate will be the eyes and ears of our activations, immersing yourself in the energy of each experience. Your mission is to translate those moments into engaging, shareable content that resonates with our audiences.The canidate will look at crafting compelling narratives that bring brands and experiences to life across diverse platforms. candiate should be master storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, particularly within the exciting landscape of live events.Overall, the position is a hybrid role, combining social media client management with content creation.ResponsibilitiesTechnical & ProductTrack social content performance on different channels and formulate reports according to client needsFlag consumer complaints or mentions to client / escalate through aligned routeMonitor & summarize social media activity of client competitorsServing as client and internal resource on industry trends and key functional areas such as analytical tools and marketing measurementEvaluate online data opportunities in the form of new sources, new technology, client priorities, partnerships..etcFoster creative thinking on how we use data in solving unique business challengesBusiness Acumen & Operational EfficiencyFoster positive relationships with wider teamStrong client communication skillsDeliver work that demonstrates attention to detailPropose fresh ideas for social content based on trending styles or approachesSeeks feedback from others to develop strengthsTime management is key. You'll be juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality content.Innovative & Analytical MindsetCan proactively raise issues to improve effective team working and collaborationCan communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate mannerAble to build relationships quickly with others and engage personally with peers and clients Identifies and troubleshoots issues in an efficient and timely mannerWe're looking for someone who constantly pushes creative boundaries, exploring new technologies and trends in content creationUnderstanding the performance of your content is essential.Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in a similar role in an advertising agency or consulting companyBachelor s degree in communication, journalism, marketing business or related field is idealExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishAn understanding of the online advertising and martech landscapePrevious experience in working with B2B client is a plusExperience using social media management tools, such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Emplifi etcExperience using social listening tools such as Talk Walker, Brandwatch, Meltwater etcSkilled user of MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of major social media platforms, their features, and ongoing trendsA deep-seated passion for social media and a finger on the pulse of emerging platforms and trends.Preferably to have someone who has an editing background of cap cut.
