Senior Cost Controls Engineer

Provide expert guidance and technical support in resolving complex project controls and cost management issues

Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules in coordination with project teams

Establish baseline budgets covering cost, revenue, and resources using approved work breakdown structures

Analyze, forecast, and report schedule, cost, and revenue performance against approved baselines

Prepare weekly and monthly cost control, forecasting, and performance tracking reports

Develop cost and resource projections for the full project lifecycle on monthly and yearly intervals

Monitor project progress and conduct variance analysis against approved budgets and schedules

Recommend and support corrective actions to address cost overruns or schedule deviations

Assess the financial impact of design changes, construction variations, and schedule slippages

Develop cost estimates and pricing for variations and change orders

Perform earned value analysis and trend assessments to support management decisions

Customize and maintain project control systems to meet project and client requirements

Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders during project review meetings

Prepare clear cost control reports and presentations for senior management

Skills Set

• Advanced expertise in budgeting, cost control, and project controls
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls software
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
• Knowledge of earned value management and performance measurement techniques
• Ability to interpret technical, financial, and scheduling data
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is an advantage
