Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and technical support to resolve complex project controls and cost management challenges
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules in coordination with project teams
- Establish baseline budgets for resources, revenue, and costs using appropriate Work Breakdown Structures
- Analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report schedule, resource, revenue, and cost performance against approved baselines
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly project control and performance tracking reports
- Develop monthly and yearly resource, revenue, and cost projections in coordination with Project Managers
- Monitor project progress and perform variance analysis, recommending corrective actions where required
- Assess the cost and schedule impact of design changes, variations, and construction delays
- Perform earned value analysis and trend analysis to support accurate forecasting and decision-making
- Utilize historical project data to support realistic planning and forecasting
- Customize project control systems to meet specific project and client requirements
- Interface with clients, attend progress meetings, and present statistical and performance reports
- Prepare executive-level presentations for senior management project reviews
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong background in cost control and project controls within large engineering or infrastructure projects
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and complex data sets simultaneously
Experience working in consultancy or PMC environments with client-facing responsibilities
