Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Completes assigned maintenance painting jobs with required standards.
  • Independently carries out minor painting jobs and planned maintenance painting activities as required.
  • Carries out effective maintenance tasks on various maintenance equipment as per the operating procedures.
  • Operates blasting and painting equipment for the maintenance painting jobs.
  • Acts as a team player and makes suggestions to improve shop services for internal customers.
  • Follows the safe working practices based on company safety rules and regulations to protect personnel, plant, and equipment.
  • Maintains good housekeeping in the assigned work area and keeps equipment and tools in clean, tidy, and safe conditions.
  • Coaches and guides National Trainees/TPRF personnel doing routine jobs in the shop.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school graduate or vocational graduate in industrial painting

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum years’ experience in Maintenance
  • Good basic knowledge in all painting equipment and knowledge
  • Must possess a working knowledge of written and spoken English

Skills:

  • Good basic knowledge in types of industrial painting works and equipment
  • Written and verbal English communication skills
  • Know how to read technical specifications for different paints
