Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the project management of end-to-end creative campaigns, ensuring the delivery of superior and integrated client communications, with accurate and timely deployment
• Provide administrative and organizational support to senior marketing staff
• Assist in the development of marketing materials
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and manage budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
• Apply appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and the Marketing Manager/Director to produce final designs
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs based on feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Develop and create promotional materials
• Create all property-specific digital content
• Manage creation and print production of all property-specific collateral
• Produce and collaborate on pitches and proposals
• Preserve brand integrity

Key Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expert skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Expert in Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Actively participates in team meetings, understands objectives, and anticipates needs
• Service-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor
• Versatile and flexible, with the ability to make last-minute adjustments to work requests
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Skills & Attributes

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional graphic designer
• Solid understanding of design and advertising principles across digital, print, and social media
• Strong self-management and project management skills
• Sales support experience preferred
