Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for
  • Collaborate with the CRO Manager to develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Assist in analyzing website traffic and user behavior using quantitative and qualitative analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar, and others.
  • Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize website elements such as landing pages, forms, and checkout processes.
  • Monitor and analyze test results to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the implementation of recommended changes and optimizations across digital properties.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO.
  • Provide support in generating reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development to align CRO efforts with broader business goals.

Who we are looking for
What Will Set You Up for Success
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Would Be a Competitive Advantage:

  • Previous experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Convert.
  • Previous Experience with Visual Studio Code
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Data Looker Studio, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and optimization techniques.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Monday.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce or SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic.
