About the Position:
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Customer Service Representative for Al Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have to ensure to effectively supervise systems and inventory team, ensuring all deadlines and standards are achieved in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure all orders are processed and delivered as requested. Perpetual inventory is conducted as per schedule and accurately reported with variances quarantined in the system on a daily basis and ensure the team updates their reports on a daily and monthly basis.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Logistics. You will have aat least 2-years experience in Customer Service in a Logistics / 3PL industry. You must have an effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with excellent planning capacity and ability to solve problems quickly.
