Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Leading cooling-related incident investigations and root-cause analysis
Managing chilled water plants, CRAH/CRAC units, in-row cooling, CDUs, rear-door heat exchangers, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, and immersion cooling systems
Supporting performance optimization across PUE, WUE, airflow management, and cooling capacity utilization
Reviewing MOPs, cooling design changes, commissioning tests, and failure-mode simulations
Working closely with OEMs, FM contractors, vendors, and hyperscale/enterprise tenants
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in mission-critical environments
At least 5 years of large-scale data center experience
Hands-on experience with direct-to-chip liquid cooling deployments
Strong knowledge of ASHRAE TC 9.9, Uptime Institute standards, TIA-942, and EN 50600
Experience with BMS/DCIM platforms and cooling incident RCA
