Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for the entire data science lifecycle, from problem definition and data acquisition to model building, validation, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities, design experiments, and deliver actionable insights. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring junior team members and establishing best practices in data science and machine learning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in a data scientist role, with a proven track record of delivering production-level models.
Expert proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
Deep experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps practices.
Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
