Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and GenAI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of solution architecture, system integration, APIs, and microservices
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks
- Exposure to MLOps practices, cloud platforms, and end-to-end model lifecycle management
- Understanding of data engineering fundamentals and data pipeline design
- Strong stakeholder management with effective communication across business and technical teams
- Expertise in defining KPIs, tracking ROI, and measuring AI solution performance
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business insights
- Experience in change management, training programs, and driving user adoption
- Proven ability to identify AI use cases, prioritize roadmaps, and align initiatives with business goals
- Strong problem-solving skills, issue escalation handling, and cross-functional collaboration
- Solid project and program management capabilities
- Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, compliance, and risk management frameworks
