Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To lead the end-to-end delivery, transformation, and continuous improvement of Account Services and Liquidity products within the Wholesale Banking value stream. The role ensures seamless integration of business, technology, and operations, driving customer-centric solutions, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Delivery Manager acts as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, value realization, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional squads.

- Strategic Leadership: Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Account Services and Liquidity within the value stream, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- End-to-End Delivery: Work with the value stream lead across delivery lifecycle phases from ideation to production, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective outcomes.

- Stakeholder Management: Engage with business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Agile Ways of Working: Champion agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Risk & Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory, risk, and security standards.

- People Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

- Strategic thinking with a strong delivery mindset.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Value Stream Management: Define and manage the value stream for Account Services and Liquidity, optimizing flow, removing bottlenecks, and maximizing customer value.

- Product Delivery: Oversee the delivery of new features, enhancements, and regulatory changes for Account Services (e.g., account services, payments, back-office features, etc) and Liquidity products (e.g., cash concentration, pooling, sweeps).

- Customer Experience: Work closely with business and valuestream leads to drive initiatives to enhance client experience, reduce friction, and improve service levels.

- Operational Excellence: Work closely with valuestream leads to Implement robust monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement practices to ensure high availability and resilience.

- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the value stream.

- Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee third-party relationships relevant to Account Services and Liquidity delivery.

- Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and adoption across impacted teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, or related field. Master s degree or MBA preferred.

- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in banking/financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior delivery or program management role.

- Proven experience in wholesale banking domain especially in Account Services and Liquidity products within Wholesale/Corporate Banking will be an added advantage.

- Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams in an agile/value stream structure.

- Experience with digital transformation, process re-engineering, and regulatory projects.

- Skills: Deep understanding of Account Services and Liquidity products, processes, and systems.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Expertise in agile delivery, DevOps, and continuous improvement.

- Financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.

- Ability to drive change, resolve conflicts, and influence at all levels.

- Certifications such as SAFe Agilist, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.

- Strong hold on Jira, Confluence, reporting dashboard, cadences and governance.
