Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Sr. Manager - AI Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of AI projects to achieve the company s strategic goals. Your role will encompass a range of activities focused on project management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage AI delivery teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement AI delivery plans that align with the company s business objectives and technological goals.
- Ensure that delivery activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement best practices for project management, including agile methodologies and tools.
- Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align AI delivery activities with business goals.
- Ensure effective collaboration between AI delivery teams and other functional areas of the organization.
- Ensure that AI projects meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field is required. A Master s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex AI projects and teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and project management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
