We are seeking an experienced Senior General Dentist (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general and cosmetic dentistry, excellent patient communication skills, and the motivation to build her own patient base through a commission-based role. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough dental examinations and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Perform general dental procedures including: Fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, root canal treatments, and extractions. Teeth whitening, scaling, and polishing. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Ensure adherence to infection control and clinical safety standards. Work collaboratively with dental assistants, specialists, and management. Contribute to clinic marketing and patient engagement activities. Build long-term relationships with patients to encourage referrals and retention.
