Responsibilities
High-Performance Infrastructure Design

Architect, deploy and maintain large-scale on-prem and hybrid cloud environments.

Lead automation initiatives, pipeline optimisation and infrastructure scalability.
Platform Reliability & Operations

Ensure uptime and resilience of critical systems through proactive monitoring.

Drive root-cause analysis and long-term system improvements.
Security & Governance

Implement defence-grade hardening and compliance controls.

Partner with cybersecurity teams on secure design, secrets management and zero-trust.
Technical Leadership

Lead engineering sessions, design reviews and technical mentorship.

Support cross-functional delivery with software, embedded and R&D teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory).

7+ years DevOps/SRE experience with strong expertise in CI/CD, Linux and containerisation.

Solid hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, IaC, monitoring stacks, and secure networking.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in high-security, government or defence environments.

Strong Python/Go scripting skills.

Experience with hybrid cloud or large-scale distributed systems.
