Senior Draftsman - EPC ACE EPC

The Senior Draftsman Civil and MEP will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering drawings and coordinating all drafting activities related to civil architectural mechanical electrical plumbing and fire protection systems. The role requires close coordination with engineers project managers consultants and site teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings and documentation.

• Prepare detailed shop drawings as built drawings and construction drawings for civil architectural and MEP works.

• Develop and revise layouts plans elevations sections and detailed engineering drawings based on project requirements.

• Coordinate civil and MEP drawings to identify and eliminate clashes before construction.

• Prepare material submittal drawings and authority submission drawings where required.

• Review consultant comments and incorporate revisions into approved drawings.

• Assist engineers in preparing technical drawings calculations and project documentation.

• Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control procedures are followed.

• Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and existing conditions.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawings reflect current site conditions and approved changes.

• Prepare as built documentation and handover drawing packages upon project completion.

• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable standards codes and project specifications.

• Support tendering and estimation teams with quantity take offs and preliminary drawings when required.
