Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct detailed analyses of electrical designs, providing innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on technical challenges and professional development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in electrical design and system integration within a commercial or industrial setting.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards.
- Expertise in power distribution, control systems, and renewable energy technologies to enhance project outcomes.
