Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Install and maintain electrical wiring, conduits, and lighting systems. Lay cables and install trunking, conduits, DBs, SMDBs, and panels. Perform wiring, termination, and connection works as per drawings. Carry out insulation and continuity tests for all circuits. Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and breakdowns. Follow DEWA and Dubai Municipality electrical and safety standards. Use proper PPE and follow lock-out/tag-out procedures. Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and other site teams. Report daily progress and work completion to the supervisor. Handle and store electrical materials and tools safely. Install fire alarm, emergency lighting, and low-current systems when required. Attend toolbox talks and follow site safety instructions. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Ensure all work is done as per approved drawings and project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile


Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building construction. Strong knowledge of DEWA standards and electrical safety procedures. Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and layouts. Physically fit and able to work at heights or confined spaces. Good teamwork and communication skills.
