Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an experienced Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will manage daily site operations related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee all MEP construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with the design and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP works, such as electrical installations, plumbing, drainage systems, water supply networks, and sewer systems.

Monitor work progress, identifying potential delays or issues and taking corrective actions to ensure the project remains on track.

Conduct site inspections, ensuring that MEP works are completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with the approved design.

Ensure proper documentation of all MEP works, including progress reports, safety reports, and quality control checks.

Manage site safety, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols and minimize risks associated with MEP works.

Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services required for MEP works.

Assist with testing and commissioning, ensuring that MEP components meet the necessary quality and functionality standards before handover.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP construction supervision, with at least 5 years in a site engineering role for large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage systems, water supply networks, and sewer systems.

Experience in managing MEP works such as electrical installations, plumbing, drainage systems, water supply networks, and sewer systems.

Strong understanding of MEP construction standards, codes, and regulations.

Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
