Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager-Service

1. Do service, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair work for chillers, FWU, CCU as a field engineer.

2. Provide post sales service support to the equipment supplied / contracted by customers and to ensure Climaveneta achieves highest customer satisfaction level.

3. Expertise in automation and controls is strong advantage.

4. Prepare all the documents required for commissioning and maintenance at data centers.

5. Help service manager with maintenance contracts and SLA.

6. Communicate with end users and contractors, participate in meetings with end users and contractors.

7. Communicate with distributors and support their service activities remotely and/or at site.

8. Provide service training to distributors.

9. It will include carrying out Preventive Maintenance Service, attending all breakdown calls and repair and service calls for Climaveneta customers.

10. Spare parts forecasting and managing inventory within approved limits, ensuring Safe custody and organizing spares.

11. Attending client / site co-ordination meetings, break down calls, PMS & AMC, preparing AMC Offers, generating service reports, collection of survey reports, etc. as required

12. Also ensuring the invoice is carried out and timely payment collection from the customers. Meeting monthly/ quarterly / annual targets as set by the service department from time to time.

13. Coordinating with team and conduct training, as and when required

14. 100% safety compliance for self and team.
