Presently, our client, a cement manufacturing company , seek to hire for Senior Executive- Mechanical. The role is based in UAE and will offer remunerative package and benefits.

The objective of the role: Responsible for maintenance of equipment, and machinery through proper planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and minimize unexpected downtime, Compliance to safety at Work.

KPI's :

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, preventive schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee the upkeep and optimal performance of all machinery, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the maintenance budget to achieve cost efficiency without compromising operational quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of maintenance and production activities.
• Analyse maintenance data to identify trends, improve reliability, and minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain daily maintenance records and checklists.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives and proactive problem-solving.
• Plan and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical spares for uninterrupted operations
