Senior Engineer, OR and A - Process &Mechanical Penspen International Limited

We are hiring a Senior Operations Readiness and Assurance (OR&A)- Process & Mechanical Engineer with strong Oil & Gas experience. The role involves supporting project teams to ensure mechanical systems are designed, commissioned, and transitioned smoothly into operations. The candidate will play a key role in identifying mechanical readiness risks, verifying asset integrity, and aligning with HSE and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities- Mechanical:

• Lead mechanical readiness activities during project phases.
• Ensure mechanical systems meet operational and safety requirements.
• Conduct mechanical system assurance reviews and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Support development of maintenance and inspection strategies.

Qualification Required- Mechanical

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the similar role.
• Previous experience in the ADNOC project on a PMC role is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.

• Evaluate process design and operability during project phases.
• Identify and mitigate process-related risks before handover to operations.
• Support development of operating procedures and training materials.

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the similar role.
• Previous experience in the ADNOC project on a PMC role is a must
