Senior Engineer Pipeline (Stress)
Experience in pipe stress analysis of pipeline/piping systems as per ASME B31.4/B31.8 and B31.3 code requirement using Caesar II software program.
Prepared and maintain cost-effective piping standard and specification documents.
Generate Line list from PI&D/Line list and identify the critical lines.
Developed full pipe stress model and execution of stress analysis for above ground and underground pipeline, pipe support design and structural loads calculations.
Review and checking third part/internal Stress calculations.
Coordination with others disciplines, civil, mechanical and piping design.
Nozzle Qualifications of tank, drums, vessels and rotating equipment.
Perform evaluation of nozzle loads or vessels stress utilizing WRC 107/297 capability of Caesar II program.
Relief Valves Calculation & Slug flow analysis.
Flange leakage Analysis.
Reviewed isometric drawings and provided recommendations when required.
Model/Dynamic analysis of pipe.
Ability to read alignment sheet/ Approach drawing and isometrics.
Datasheets preparation for valves and Specialities
Checking of Drawings.
Minimum qualifications required: B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech - Mechanical / Production. AUTOCAD, MICROSTATION, CAESAR-II, PDS/PDMS/SP3D (added advantage) Minimum experience: 8 to 11 years of experience in oil & gas industry or petrochemical / power industries
