Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Facilities Management, including Civil, MEP, and Landscaping categories.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and procure materials, services, and subcontracts within approved budgets.
  • Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders, contracts, and purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules to ensure value for money and service quality.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services and verify that received goods meet quality standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely payments and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Compare quotations from multiple vendors to support effective procurement decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders placed, goods received, and supplier documentation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage and guide the Category Procurement Team to ensure timely completion of procurement requests.
  • Resolve supplier issues and expedite urgent or critical deliveries.
  • Coordinate procurement activities across departments to address operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and company procurement policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager or Supply Chain Director.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within Facilities Management, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors
  • Languages (Spoken): English (Required), Arabic (Preferred)
  • Languages (Written): English (Required), Arabic (Preferred)
  • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
