Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering reports, construction plans, and project specifications.

• Utilize advanced software tools for structural analysis and design optimizations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and engineering teams.
• Review and approve design documents, calculations, and material selections for accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software such as STAAD, RISA, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information succinctly.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in engineering tasks.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
