Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment between estimation, design, and execution phases.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing and alignment with project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience in quantity take-off, BOQ, precontract and tendering in construction.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or similar are highly desirable.

  • Experience in diverse industries such as commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
