Estimation & Tendering
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to determine scope and cost Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing Support the tendering process, including preparation of technical and commercial documents Identify value engineering options to optimize cost and improve project feasibility Analyze cost deviations and track market rates, material prices, and industry updates Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records

2. Coordination & Technical Support
Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and quantity surveyors Provide technical input for project planning and budgeting Evaluate labor, material, equipment, and time requirements for accurate costing Ensure estimates align with UAE construction standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field7 10 years of experience in civil estimation within the UAE construction sector Experience in high-rise and villa projects is mandatory Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing trends Proficiency in MS Excel, estimation software, and cost analysis tools Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
