Senior Estimator / Estimation Manager Ebonite Decor

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator / Estimation Manager to join our team and play a key role in securing and pricing interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, and working closely with the commercial and project delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead the estimating process from initial enquiry to final submission.

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and costings.
• Prepare tender submissions including BOQs, scope clarifications, preliminaries, and value engineering proposals.
• Attend tender review meetings and post-tender negotiations.
• Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities within tenders.
