Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team to ensure project and team success.
• Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Create and maintain online campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media and search engines.
• Manage the content strategy, ensuring brand consistency and message quality.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI.
• Oversee all organization's social media accounts management and digital engagements.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets to optimize budget spending effectively.
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and visual strategies.
• Coordinate with sales to ensure digital strategies complement and support traditional sales efforts.
• Track and report on the results of digital marketing initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media platforms.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and digital analytics suites.
• Creative thinking with the ability to create engaging and innovative campaigns.
