Core Duties & Responsibilities
External Customer Experience (CX) Support

Support ongoing External Customer Experience (CX) measurement across event organizers, exhibitors, visitors, and periodic Commercial, Retail, and Residential Tenant Satisfaction Surveys across DWTC’s real estate portfolio, as well as the Annual Staff Accommodation Survey.

Work within DWTC CRM systems to extract customer lists and format them according to survey requirements.

Liaise with various stakeholder teams (commercial, planning, customer care, etc.) to ensure completeness of customer lists, reconcile duplicates, and resolve data issues.

Work within survey systems (Qualtrics, Alchemer) to program and run surveys, including questionnaires, survey logic, embedded data, and survey distributions.

Liaise with IT and other teams to streamline customer data flow from CRM to survey platforms and automate processes.

Escalate customer complaints obtained through CX channels to relevant internal teams for prompt resolution and closure.

Data Analytics and Reporting

Support quantitative analysis, including data cleansing, tabulation, visualization, and interpretation of survey data.

Support qualitative data analysis, including open comment categorization and periodic survey reporting.

Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency in qualitative and quantitative data processes.

Maintain and develop dashboard reports as per business requirements.

Produce structured, clear, and visually appealing research reports and presentations with actionable insights.

Fieldwork Survey Coordination

Coordinate face-to-face survey fieldwork across DWTC and DEC venues, including on-site supervision, researcher support, and troubleshooting.

Ensure quality control of responses and conduct field researcher training as needed.

Support daily target setting, analysis, and fieldwork performance reporting.

Administer online and phone surveys, including setup, respondent list review, response monitoring, and status reporting.

Event Statistics and Economic Impact Assessment

Maintain updated event participation records aligned with DWTC systems.

Conduct desk research on published data by event organizers (Post Show Reports, Press Releases, Social Media, etc.).

Support Economic Impact Survey data cleansing and formatting for the Economic Impact Model.

Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate databases, research repositories, and archives (questionnaires, customer lists, reports, etc.).
Coordinate temporary survey staff per project needs and budget, liaising with staff agencies.
Support the preparation of the Annual Event Survey Calendar.
Prepare submissions to Corporate Strategy for BU Performance Evaluation.
Operating Environment
Office-based role; requires long hours on a computer.
Ability to work effectively under time-bound pressures and deadlines.
Occasional weekend work due to alignment with the corporate Annual Event Calendar.
Formal Education
Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Economics, or Statistics.
Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
Additional diplomas or certifications in qualitative/quantitative research preferred.

Work Experience
Minimum 3 years in a similar role (market research/consumer insights analyst, CX specialist, or research project manager).
Mandatory experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis.
Experience with medium-to-large service organizations is advantageous.
