Overview:

As we prepare for a bold new era, including our move to the state-of-the-art Aramco Stadium in 2027, we are seeking a Senior Fan Engagement Manager who will be at the forefront of shaping unforgettable experiences for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities relating
    to community engagement, maximizing matchday attendance, strategic events
    and experiences.
  • Build & implement strategies to
    engage and manage relationships with key audiences to deliver against the
    over-arching objectives
Fan Council:
  • Lead relationships with the Fan Council,
    including any specific fan feedback and engagement initiatives
Other Department Liaison
  • Engage with other key departments towards
    relevant fan based objectives, including CRM, Social Media, Partnerships,
    Operations and others.
Event Strategy:
  • Build and deliver a fan focused event
    strategy with key stakeholders.
Matchday Experience:
  • Build & deliver a Fan focused matchday experience including use
    of engagement technologies.
  • Work with the Aramco Stadium team to ensure plans are in place for
    the Club s move to the Stadium from Q1 2027 from a fan engagement perspective.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for improving fan
    engagement and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest fan
    engagement technologies and trends.
  • Participate in professional development
    programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; a
degree in relevant fields preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in fan
& stakeholder engagement, preferably within the sports or
entertainment industry.

Strong
knowledge of fan engagement strategies.

Excellent
leadership and team management abilities.

Strong
connections in the Khobar & surrounding regions.
