Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design process, from initial concept to final production, ensuring brand aesthetic and market trends are met.
- Oversee the entire production cycle, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with pattern makers and sample makers to create prototypes and refine designs.
- Oversee quality control throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field, providing a strong foundation in design principles.
- Holds relevant certifications in fashion design or production management, demonstrating specialized knowledge.
- Exhibits strong technical skills in garment construction, pattern making, and fabric knowledge, ensuring design feasibility.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the fashion industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrates expertise in the luxury apparel market, understanding the nuances of high-end design and production.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve common goals.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, effectively navigating challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a passion for fashion, staying abreast of industry trends and possessing a keen eye for detail.
