The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in providing comprehensive financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making within an organization. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Monitor key performance indicators and analyze variances against targets.
• Support strategic planning initiatives through detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Conduct feasibility studies for potential investments and strategic projects.
• Participate in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support various company initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes improvements.
• Manage and mentor junior financial analysts by providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial planning software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is preferred.
