Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Lead preparation, verification, and approval of cash payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and sales entries.
  • Oversee posting and review of all entries in the accounting system, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Drive accounts receivable management by monitoring reconciliation, collection, and reporting of AR balances; highlight major risks or rejections to management.
  • Supervise daily and monthly reconciliation of funds (cash, credit card, cheques, wire transfer) with issued revenue bills.
  • Monitor payroll-related entries including WPS, staff deductions, gratuity, and benefits; validate manpower cost allocation across business units.
  • Ensure timely preparation and review of daily income reports across CosmeSurge.
  • Authorize and oversee supplier payments, patient refunds, and petty cash disbursements.
  • Validate purchase invoices from stores/pharmacy for compliance with VAT and internal authorization policies.
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly reconciliation of intercompany balances.
  • Liaise directly with NMC corporate finance team for internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization within Finance Operations.
  • Mentor, train, and guide junior analysts and new staff, providing leadership and knowledge transfer.
