Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by identifying trends, variances, and financial risks.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Develop financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and validate inputs for accurate financial planning and budgeting.
- Evaluate investment opportunities through rigorous cost-benefit analysis and scenario modeling to inform capital allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and recommend enhancements for operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate finance or investment banking environment.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are highly desirable to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting techniques, with proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial software.
- Previous experience in a specific industry, such as technology, healthcare, or manufacturing, is advantageous for contextual understanding.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus to support global operations.
