Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Fit-out Site Engineer specialized in woodworks and fine finishing to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all site activities related to woodwork and finishing.
  • Coordinate with design, technical office, and production teams to ensure design intent and quality standards are achieved.
  • Review and interpret shop drawings and ensure execution accuracy on site.
  • Monitor project progress and materials to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
  • Prepare site reports and progress updates for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Or Architecture.
  • (5 7) years of proven experience in fit-out or joinery site execution (woodwork focus).
  • Strong understanding of finishing materials, detailing, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile
