Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ownership of key accounts
  • Ownership of key markets
  • Ownership of key categories
  • Promote library fragrances where applicable
  • Guide perfumers in developing winning fragrances
  • Understanding of olfactive strategies of main brands in market/category
  • Analyze client portfolio and perform gap analysis
  • Grow untapped accounts through strategic fragrance portfolio reviews
  • Identify best performing fragrances for assigned category and promote to sales team
  • Work closely with other evaluators, perfumers and sales team
  • Support assigned markets by looking at trends, gaps and prospects
  • Training the Junior evaluators
  • Building evaluation protocols

Skills And Attributes Required

  • Minimum 8 years experience in Fragrance Development role
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (Spoken & Written English), Arabic is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Minimum passing score in CPL sensory test is a must
  • Olfactive knowledge & perfumery language
  • Market knowledge of the assigned category
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Business acumen

Desired Candidate Profile
