• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various projects and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to the design team.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company objectives.
• Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all design outputs.
• Prepare and present design proposals and draft revisions based on feedback received.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into design work.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, delivering high-quality work on time.
• Adapt designs for various formats, including print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when required for specialized tasks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying design concepts.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition.
• Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Experience mentoring or managing other designers is preferred.
