• Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all digital and print platforms.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate emerging design concepts.
• Create visual content that communicates complex ideas in an engaging manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors to produce high-quality print and digital materials.
• Oversee the design and layout of marketing collateral, ensuring brand coherence.
• Utilize software tools to produce compelling designs and edits as necessary.
• Develop mood boards and design templates to streamline creative processes.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss design ideas and project timelines.

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
