Roles & Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities :
Perform advanced hair services including cutting, coloring, highlights, balayage, keratin/protein treatments, blow-dry styling, hair extensions, and updos.
Provide personalized consultations to clients based on face shape, lifestyle, and current hair trends.
Maintain excellent hygiene standards and follow salon safety procedures.
Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments.
Mentor and guide junior stylists when required.
Ensure excellent customer service and client retention.

Requirements :
Minimum 4-7 years of professional salon experience (preferably in high-end or international salons).
Strong portfolio in coloring & advanced techniques.
Updated knowledge of hair trends, products & tools.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work under pressure with professionalism & teamwork.
Arabic / English speaking is an advantage.
UAE experience preferred (optional).
