Roles & Responsibilities
- Masterfully execute a wide range of advanced haircutting, styling, and coloring techniques, catering to diverse client preferences and hair types.
- Provide expert consultations, offering personalized recommendations on hair care, treatments, and styles that enhance clients' natural beauty.
- Lead and mentor junior stylists, sharing expertise, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable salon experience from consultation to final styling.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a cosmetology or barbering license from a recognized institution, demonstrating formal training and expertise.
- Holds certifications in advanced cutting, coloring, and styling techniques, showcasing specialized skills.
- Accumulates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a professional salon environment, reflecting a proven track record.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of diverse hair types and textures, enabling versatile styling capabilities.
