Our company is currently looking for a Senior HR Executive with good experience in all aspects of HR. The main responsibilities include:
-Coordinate the induction process for new employees. Ensure that the employees are introduced to respective Line Managers and immediate colleagues, as well as made familiar with company policies during the induction process.
-Issue employee change letters (promotions, transfer, salary change etc.) and update payroll accordingly to effect such changes.
-Coordinate the administrative activities pertaining to employee training. This includes coordinating, booking and facilitating employee participation. Ensure that employees attending training programmes have the relevant forms completed i.e., Training Requisition Form (prior to training) and Training Evaluation Form (post training).
-Ensure that the Leave Application Form is completed by employees prior to, and in cases where not possible, soon after, leave. Monitor the leave utilisation by employees (with due emphasis on Annual and Sick Leave). Highlight instances where annual leave is not utilised by employees.
-Facilitate the annual performance review of employees across the group in order to for the management to assess employee performance and decide on increments.
-Enroll employees to the Group Life and Accident Scheme, and include new employees into the Scheme on joining.
-Verifying and submitting documents for claiming workplace injury expense and following up for claim dispersal.
-Conduct an Exit Interview for employees resigning from the group. Document feedback, probe areas for improvement in various employment aspects of the group, and maintain the completed interview form in the employee file.
-Furnish reference letter / service certificate to employees on request. Where service certificate is requested, ensure that it is provided only after due end-of-service of the employee is completed.
Other responsibilities include Asset management, Vehicle management, accommodation and transport management, license renewals,etc.
