Experience: 6 to 9 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment Insurance and Admin
Age: early 30s to mid 30s
Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills
Aware, knowledgeable and updated on all Saudi Government Labor Laws, Civil Laws and Regulations
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, Evaluates and restructure / reorganize the HR, Recruitment, Insurance and Admin departments for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Client
Source and present to the insurance committee offers for the yearly insurance renewal of the company
Maintain and renew Company insurance policies, including Health & Motor and ensuring compliance to Saudi Labor Laws
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Develops human resource planning to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps and maximize performance of all employees.
Formulate, Schedule and conduct in-house trainings to enhance employee knowledge, understanding and career development
Human Resources, Recruiting, Insurance and Admin departments will all report to the HR Director
HR Director will report to a VP within Client
HR Director will be responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the best people talent available
Oversee that the company is employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns
Enhances and proposes to management, policies and procedures of the company that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.
Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
Develop and manage the budget and other financial measures of the HR, Recruitment, Insurance and Admin department and perform periodic cost control and productivity analysis
Assures recruitment needs of the company are done in a timely manner and fulfills the companies needs related to obtaining visas for recruiting from abroad
Design and Administer salary structure / grading systems and performance appraisal programs as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.
Responsible for overall performance of a company’s administrative function, Organize and provide administrative support for entire organization
Classification overseeing responsibilities (i.e. maintain, upgrade and renew Clients classification)
In-charge of Saudization, Maintaining “Green” status in Nitaqat
Career Development and Planning for both Saudi and expat employees
Ensures that all government licenses, permits and governmental documentations process for all employees are renewed, updated and compliance with the Saudi Government rules and regulations
